Available after 1 full year of employment - Health coverage, dental and vision plan. Paid time off, sick days and vacation.

Provide ongoing helpdesk and field support, speaking and working with end-users on a regular basis.

Solve end-user computing problems, including connectivity, data access, printing, antivirus, web browser and other application-based issues.

Deployment of PCs, Servers, Printers, and VOIP phones.

Ensure that client requests a resolved in a precise and timely manner.

Handle incoming client requests, resolve issues or assign and notify appropriate resource to resolve them

Track and document your regular daily service activities 

Monitor and maintain customer technical services satisfaction levels

Maintain professional services documentation, ticket data entry on a real-time basis


Experience required for this position includes:

Experience with MAC, Windows, Android desktop and mobile operating system and applications

Experience supporting business Users, PCs, Applications and data networking.

Understanding of computer networking, Windows networking and TCP/IP protocol
